The Orlando Sentinel reports that AIC purchased about 50 acres of vacant property that’s north of the Orlando Marietta World Center Resort in 2018 for $32.75 million. Now, those plans are coming to life! The resort will have access from Meadow Creek Drive, with north frontage on I4.

Nobu Hotels announced plans in 2022 for an Orlando resort location, which is scheduled to open in 2026, and now we know that this is where that resort will go. Nobu Hotels says that this resort will feature four hotels with a combined 1.934 rooms, 16 restaurants with seats for 2,600 visitors total, and an entertainment venue that can hold 1,625 people.
