Themed weddings are some of the most fun to attend, and we’ve seen all sorts of themes play out, from Cinderella to the beach to Harry Potter.
But lately, there seems to be a new wedding theme taking over the town. That’s right, recently, LEGO posted a video and photos of, you guessed it, LEGO-themed weddings!
Here’s a look at a few of the couples featured on LEGO’s Instagram page, and the seriously cool — and romantic — ways they began building their future together LEGO brick by LEGO brick (I mean, how could I not?).
This couple included as many LEGO touches as they could at their wedding, including an actual LEGO bridal bouquet.
This couple — instead of giving out traditional take-home favors for their guests — gave out LEGO figures of themselves toasting with champagne. These are their own mini LEGO doppelgängers if you will.
This groom actually built a LEGO model of the bridge, as well as himself and his fiance´ to mirror their proposal.
This couple had a LEGO ring box made to house their wedding rings.
And this couple had their wedding rings quite epically inscribed, “Clutch Power.”
So now that we know this is a thing, we have a feeling we’ll be seeing many, many more of those LEGO bricks integrated into people’s weddings and other milestone celebrations. After all, as one of the featured grooms says in the video, “True love is finding someone you can build a LEGO set with, and you can find every piece straight away.”
We’re not sure love’s ever been described better.
