Psst… did you know an exclusive FREE event is coming to Disney World?
There have been lots of changes coming for Disney Vacation Club members lately like the DVC tower under construction at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and the addition of DVC villas at Disneyland Resort in California, but now Disney is offering exclusive events that only members will be able to take advantage of for a limited time very soon.
Disney is offering a limited event for Disney Vacation Club members and their guests and it’s totally FREE! Disney Vacation Club’s Meet and Treat will be happening on select Monday and Tuesday afternoons starting Monday, September 25th, 2023 between 2-4PM.
The events will be held in the Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn Resort and those that attend will be able to enjoy festive photo ops with Disney Characters. Attending members and their guests will also be able to enjoy a sweet treat during this event, presented as part of Membership Magic.
The event dates are as follows and only ONE date will be available per membership in an effort to maximize the amount of members looking to attend.

To be eligible, you must have purchased your Disney Vacation Club membership directly from Disney and be eligible for Membership Extras benefits. You’ll also need to have a qualifying reservation at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort or at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. Qualified members can attend and bring up to 4 additional people per membership — for a maximum total of 5.
Since there’s no resort parking for this event if you’re planning to attend Disney is strongly recommending that you use Disney-provided transportation to the event and back. Additionally, registration is not required for attendance, however a valid Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and photo ID are required at check-in and the member listed on the Digital Membership Card must be in attendance with the group. Admission into the event is subject to capacity limits and should the event reach capacity, you’re welcome to wait at the entrance to see if you and your group can be admitted when event attendees exit the venue. It’s important to note though that if you choose to arrive later, the line may be closed before 4PM, depending on the number of people waiting to be admitted.
