Disney World has been the location of choice for a variety of eateries looking to branch out!
Not only is the popular Cake Bake Shop opening a new location at Disney’s BoardWalk, but we also learned that the popular New York restaurant Rosa Mexicano will soon be calling the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort home. Last we heard the spot was scheduled to open in March of 2023, and now we have the official opening date!
Rosa Mexicano will be opening its doors in the Dolphin hotel on March 19th!
This new dining location promises “an elevated fiesta dining experience, including signature menu items and award-winning margaritas” and is taking up residence where the Fresh Mediterranean Market used to be. Rosa Mexicano is known for its authentic Mexican fare crafted from scratch and sounds like the perfect dinner to wrap up a day at Disney.
Diners can look forward to choosing from a wide variety of seating options, including their 30-person bar, 50-person private dining room, and main dining room. The bar might be the best place to test out their massive tequila library, which includes 100 different types!
If the promise of tasty margaritas and fresh tacos isn’t enough to get your mouth watering, there are plenty of other new dining experiences coming to Disney. Construction on Summer House on the Lake is still underway in Disney Springs, and we’re also counting down the days until Roundup Rodeo BBQ opens!
