Opening Year Revealed for Disney’s ‘Snow White’

We have seen NO shortage of live-action remakes from Disney over the past few years.

One of the upcoming live action adaptations the company has planned is Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, and while we’ve seen casting announcements we didn’t know when the movie would come out…until now!

As part of the D23 Expo, Disney shared an exclusive first look at their live-action remake of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves to the audience, along with a release year of 2024.

The film stars Rachel Zegler as Snow White, co-starring with Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen.

The screenplay was written by Greta Gerwig with Erin Cressida Wilson, and directed by Marc Webb. Additionally, the film has Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (the team behind the music from The Greatest Showman and La La Land) writing new songs for the movie.
