Picture this: You’ve arrived at Disneyland bright and early, you made your first Genie+ reservation, and maybe you even tackled a ride or two when your stomach begins to grumble…REALLLLY loud. Sounds like it’s time for breakfast…but where do you go?!

There are a couple of options for breakfast at Disneyland, including quite a few quick bites, but if you’re looking for some heftier entrees that’ll fill you up, we know just the place.
River Belle Terrace, a restaurant located in Frontierland at Disneyland Park (in California) is serving up breakfast once again!
We actually had breakfast here all the way back in 2018 and shared our thoughts on whether it was something you should try. For those who may not know, for several years this restaurant was a “buffeteria” that served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It then changed to a table service spot only offering lunch and dinner. Then the breakfast returned and disappeared again. Now, it’s made a comeback!

Breakfast service returned here today — September 2nd, 2022. The menu features some returning favorites like the Mark Twain. The monkey bread is also back, though this is a vanilla and maple variation.
The full menu consists of signature entrees (including steak & eggs, a breakfast skillet, hot honey fried chicken benedict, and more)…

…kids meal options…

…the Southern Sweet Skillet, some drinks…

…and seasonal offerings.

For our meal, we opted to start with the BBQ Brisket Southern Breakfast Skillet. This is priced at $20 and has Beef Brisket, Pimento Cheese Sauce, Avocado Crema, and O’Brien Potato Bites.

We also tried the Hot Honey Fried Chicken Benedict. This is $16 and features Poached Eggs, Sautéed Spinach, and Hollandaise Sauce, served with Fresh Fruit.

Next, we tried the Monkey Bread, with some Vanilla and Maple flavors, which is $9. And it comes with a little ice cream. Ice cream for breakfast? SIGN US UP!

Reservations for River Belle Terrace are required, so be sure to grab those before heading to Disneyland. Breakfast is generally served from 8AM to 10:30AM.

Looking for other breakfast options while at Disneyland? You could hop on over to Galactic Grill for a tasty Galactic Breakfast Bowl, or pick up a sweet treat or two to carry you through the day.
