It’s almost time for Disney+ Day!
September 8th will be the second Disney+ Day, a day filled with new announcements about things that will be coming to the streaming service, as well as a day full of the release of new shows and movies. And today Disney shared a few NEW releases we can expect that day!
Disney has shared that Thor: Love and Thunder will be making its Disney+ debut on Disney+ Day!
The latest Marvel film will premiere on Disney+ with IMAX Enhancement, making it the 15th Marvel film to be made available in this format on the streaming platform.
The film, which debuted in theaters this past July, is the fourth in the Thor franchise. The movie follows Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey of self-discovery, though his efforts are interrupted by Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale) who is looking to take out all the gods.
Thor: Love and Thunder won’t be the only film making its debut for Disney+ Day! September 8th will also be the premiere date for the new Pinocchio starring Tom Hanks as Geppetto. Additionally, a slew of other content will be joining the streaming platform in celebration of the day.
