Disney has lofty expectations for Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser this year.

We’ve already taken an in-depth look at the two-day experience, from taking you INSIDE the hotel with us to covering all the best food and drinks to helping you decide if you’ll love it or hate it. Many Star Wars fans have enjoyed this experience already, and it looks like Disney expects its popularity to continue.
During its second-quarter earnings call and report today, Disney CEO Bob Chapek announced that not only are the ratings for the Starcruiser “in line with best-in-class offerings,” but that the company expects it to have 100% utilization to the end of Q3.

What does that mean? It means that Disney expects the hotel to be fully booked through the end of September this year.
In looking at the Galactic Starcruiser’s booking calendar, we can see how it’s going so far. There are still two voyage dates available in May, but there are only one each in June and July.

However, there are many dates available in August, September, and October.

Disney does not expect those dates to remain open, though, so if you are thinking about booking a trip on the Starcruiser, we suggest doing it now while dates are still available.

I notice he says utilized, not 100% paying customers. That’s a notable difference.
Great point, Scott. I’m still betting the debt service will last much longer than the appeal for the place.
