Disney CEO, Bob Chapek has been in the news a lot lately.
With his response to Florida’s Parental Rights in Education bill(which critics have been calling the “Don’t Say Gay” bill) and the subsequent employee walkouts and changes in the communications team, Disney and Chapek have been the focus of a lot of news recently. However, amid the controversy, Bob Chapek will be speaking at his alma mater’s commencement this spring.
Indiana University Bloomington recently announced that Bob Chapek will be speaking at their Undergraduate Commencement on May 7th. Chapek attended IU for his undergrad where he got a degree in Microbiology.
Chapek will also be recognized with an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree at the undergraduate commencement ceremony.
