It may not be the fanciest holiday, but Disney World has a lot to offer this Earth Day!
Earth Day will be celebrated in Animal Kingdom from April 18th-24th, with Earth Day falling on April 22nd and there are tons of specialty eats and activities to explore for a limited time! But, if you’re not headed into the parks for the celebration (or even if you are), there’s a way to do a little something extra for planet Earth if you live in Orlando!
According to WESH2, the city of Orlando is giving residents free trees in honor of Earth Day this year. The free trees will be distributed in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation.
Each resident can order up to 2 trees online with the options to choose from red maple, tulip teres, drake elm, and more. And, you don’t even have to coordinate how you’re going to take a tree home — it will be delivered right to your front door!
So if you’re an Orlando resident you can order your free tree here! And, be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for more of the latest Disney news and updates!
