Things don’t always go according to plan at Disney Parks.
Rides often go down due to technical issues, animatronics misbehave, and the My Disney Experience app can have problems. Speaking of which, some Disney Parks guests had issues with Mobile Order last night.
While we were at Disney World last night, we decided to pull up Mobile Order to grab a snack. However, the app notified us that Mobile Order was temporarily unavailable.
However, this problem wasn’t isolated to just Disney World because our reporter in Disneyland received the same message when trying to use Mobile Order there.
So what should you do if this happens? Well, you’ll just have to put your phone down and go to the dining spot you’re looking to get a snack or meal from and order it the old-fashioned way — directly from a Cast Member. This could result in longer lines at quick-service spots, though, so keep that in mind if Mobile Order is having problems and you know you’ll be hungry at a certain time.
As of this morning, though, both parks seem to have resolved the issues with Mobile Order and things are working again. Just keep this in mind because it’s always good to have a backup plan for when things go wrong, just in case!
