If you’re in Disney World today, you may be dealing with a frustrating issue.
The My Disney Experience app is a very useful tool when in the parks for managing plans, mobile ordering food, and even joining the Rise of the Resistance boarding groups. Currently, the app seems to be unavailable.
We noticed that the My Disney Experience app was experiencing some glitches like wait times not showing up and Mobile Order not working. Then, we got a pop-up that alerted us to the app’s issues.
The statement reads, “Pardon the inconvenience. Some of our digital experiences may be unavailable at this time. We’re actively working to resolve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
We’re not sure which digital experiences are functioning and which are not but we heard Cast Members telling guests to keep checking as they work to get the app back up.
In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we noticed many guests were concerned with the Rise of the Resistance 1PM boarding group time coming up soon. We’ll continue to update you on this situation. Stay tuned!
