How to Give Cast Member Compliments in Disney World

Cast Members are a huge part of what makes the Walt Disney World parks so magical. Without them, Disney just wouldn’t be the same! It takes a special group of dedicated people to provide such a high level of entertainment and assistance, and they deserved to be recognized for their work!

Hello, Cast Member Keith!

If you ever encounter a Cast Member who makes your trip a little extra special, you can give them a Cast Compliment to show your gratitude! Here’s how!

MyDisneyExperience

The most recent addition to the list, the MyDisneyExperience app is an easy way to make sure you can give a Disney World Cast Member some recognition!

Now on the M DisneyExperience app, you can let Cast Members know about the memories they’ve helped you create by accessing the “compliment” section, where you’ll be guided to a form to fill out.

A recent addition to the feature allows you to put the name and location of the Cast Member, so it’s easier than ever!.

Twitter

This first option is probably the fastest and easiest! All you need to do is send a tweet with #CastCompliment and mention the Cast Member’s name and where you met them, then tag @WDWGuestService.

Guest Relations

You can also visit a Guest Relations location in the parks or resorts to share your compliment! Inside, you can leave a note about your positive experience with a Cast Member; don’t forget to mention their name and location!

The Guest Relations team will send your compliment where it needs to go from there!

Send an Email/Letter

If you don’t have time to visit Guest Relations during your vacation, you can also send an email to [email protected] or send a letter to:

Cast Members make Disney magical!

No matter when or how you send it, your compliment should find its way to the Cast Member and be added to their record! Then, their leadership team will know what a great job that Cast Member did!

  1. I’m a senior and not tech savvy so social media platforms aren’t for me except Facebook. But what a Indid last time? At home I made what I call “ kissies” ….it’s a 3 sided needlepoint in plastic canvas…google eyes on the front…tag attached that says “ squeeze my cheeks and I’ll give you a kiss” when you squeeze the cheeks…mouth part opens revealing a Hershey’s Kiss inside. I gave them to servers with my payment…left for Mousekeeping….at front desk when they helped me with something…the man who helped with my phone at guest services, etc. my little way of saying an extra thank you

  2. Are the Fanatic Cards still being issued for going above & beyond, they were back in 06 I have 3 of them from that time given me in the short time I was there.
