NEWS: Disney World Starting to Remove Physical Distancing Language From Website

We’re seeing a lot of changes at Disney World recently!

We’ve seen mask policies change, with masks now optional in most areas for vaccinated guests. And as social distancing is decreased around the parks and resorts, Disney has announced plans to bring back fireworks soon. But today, we spotted a difference in the health and safety information on the Disney World website!

On the “Know Before You Go” page of the Disney World website, there used to be a section dedicated to physical distancing. Today, that section has been removed entirely.

We knew that physical distancing was being decreased in the parks, and over the past few days, we’ve seen ground markers disappearing from Disney World.

Today, we started to see policies change with boarding transportation — we were grouped with several other parties on the monorail this morning. Rides are also getting rid of plexiglass dividers and seating guests close together again.

We were on board with a LOT of people!

We’ll make sure to keep watching for physical distancing changes in the parks and resorts, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. Stay tuned to AllEars for the latest news from Disney World!
