Here’s How to Make a Disney-Inspired Brunch at Home!

Mother’s Day is just around the corner!

And, while you pick up all sorts of treats in Disney World, Disney is now sharing some recipes so you make your own at home too!

In celebration of Mother’s Day, you can make a special breakfast with recipes shared by Disney Rewards blog! Follow these recipes for an extra special treat your family will love.

Dole Whip Mimosa

Dole Whip and a mimosa all in one?? Color us intrigued.



  • ¼ cup pink sanding sugar
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne or sparkling apple cider, chilled
  • ¼ cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • ¼ cup blood orange juice or orange juice
  • Whipped cream


  1. Dip rims of champagne flutes in water. Dip again into sanding sugar.
  2. Divide champagne, pineapple juice and blood orange juice between four flutes.
  3. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, decorate and serve!

Mickey Mouse Waffle Board

Use a Mickey Mouse Waffle Maker to make your own waffles for a DIY waffle board! You know, like a charcuterie board, but with waffles!

Set the fixings out for your family to choose from all their favorite toppings. You can use berries, candies, different syrups — truly whatever you’d like! Then, it’s time to create a masterpiece.

You could try strawberries and whipped cream!

Place the toppings in small cups or ramekins along the sides, put the waffles along the center, and spread your other toppings throughout the open spaces for a pop of color.
