Update: As of 4 PM, both parks reopened to guests.
Presidents’ Day Weekend is a common time for people to travel, as can be seen by the fairly heavy crowds in both Disney World and Universal Studios today.
Yesterday, both parks at Universal Orlando Resort filled to capacity in the late afternoon. Today, their parks are completely full again!
Just around 1 PM today, Universal shared that both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure had reached capacity, and no further guests would be allowed to enter the park.

In the past, the parks have been able to reopen and welcome guests again later in the day. Universal expects that this will be the case later today, and any guests hoping to visit can call their capacity hotline at 407-817-8317.
