We’re anxiously awaiting the grand opening of Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs! This upcoming sweet shop is sure to be our newest go-to destination for all things cookies.
Construction has been ramping up in the last few weeks, and another addition we spotted today could mean we’re very close to a grand opening!
We stopped by today during a trip to Disney Springs and noticed a gargoyle was added to the facade!
This little guy sits atop the building directly above the main sign, peering over as guests enter.
We also spotted some workers putting what could be the final touches on the building!
The signs on the construction walls say “Coming 2020,” and the clock is starting to wind down on this year! We don’t have a confirmed opening date yet, but if the sign is accurate, we should be less than a couple of weeks away from sinking our teeth into some delicious cookies!
We’ll be keeping an extra-watchful eye on Gideon’s Bakehouse in the coming days and weeks!
