For months, we’ve been watching the construction of the VelociCoaster, eagerly awaiting the day when this epic-looking attraction will be open for us to experience!

Well, the coaster itself may not be opening until Summer of 2021, but Universal Orlando Resort just shared a FIRST LOOK at the ride vehicles for the attraction and we could not be more excited!
In late September, Universal Orlando Resort shared a trailer for the VelociCoaster with some awesome conceptual renderings, but the trailer they released today gives us a look at the ride vehicles and we are SO READY. Check it out below.

…followed by a look at another part of the vehicles that have the InGen logo — InGen being the bioengineering company founded by John Hammond in Jurassic Park.

Then we get a better look at the vehicles overall, which look so futuristic…

…and we get to see that cool lighting effect they have!

And finally we end with a peek at what it’ll look like when you finally take off! We cannot wait to ride this attraction when it opens up. Here’s what the construction near the ride was looking like yesterday. Looks like things are really coming together.

The ride is set to be open in the summer of 2021. We’ll definitely be on the lookout for more updates about the ride itself and an official future opening date. Stay tuned for all the latest news!
