A man was recently arrested after attempting to enter Disney Springs with a loaded BB gun.

18-year-old Nathaniel Smith’s BB gun set off the security metal detector then claimed he was an officer for the Georgia DEA. Disney Security asked him to verify his status and the man presented a fake Georgian DEA ID. The officers confirmed the ID was fake and the man admitted to this as well.

According to Orlando Sentinel, Smith was carrying a BB gun that was made to look like a Glock 19 and concealed it in his waistband holster. Smith was arrested for falsely personating an officer, a third-degree felony, and for displaying a badge and carrying a concealed weapon, both first-degree misdemeanors. The Sentinel stated that Smith could face up to five years in prison for the felony charge.
