August is here, which means it’s time to get ready for…Halloween!

We’re preparing for spooky season by stocking up on all kinds of Disney villains merchandise and even some adorable Halloween costumes for our pets. Now, Disney has released some fantastic adaptive costumes to allow fans with accessibility needs to dress up as some of their favorite characters and you’ve got to check them out.
Earlier this week, we shared with you some amazing wheelchair covers that are now available online and will let you transform your wheelchair into Cinderella’s carriage or the Incredimobile.

Disney has now released some adaptive costumes as well that allow fans who have wheelchairs or other accessibility needs to dress up like some of their favorite characters in a more convenient way.
For those heading to the Halloween ball, there’s a beautiful Cinderella Adaptive Costume for Kids featuring a satin bodice, puff sleeves, a jeweled brooch of Cinderella’s glass slipper, and lots of sparkle!

The dress has so many adaptive features. First, it opens from the back with a nice stretch fabric.

Self-stick fabric closures have been placed on the back of the dress to make it easier to get into and out of this outfit.

The skirt is also entirely open on the back to make it wheelchair-friendly.

The dress is also quite long to accommodate guests who may be seated during their Halloween festivities.

There is also an opening on the front of the dress, which is covered discretely with a flap of fabric that has a self-stick closure, to allow for easy tube access.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous. Plus it has loads of adaptive features that make it easier for guests with accessibility needs to dress up and enjoy all of the Halloween fun. This costume is available on shopDisney for $49.99.
If your little one would rather blast off into outer space, then the Buzz Lightyear Adaptive Costume for Kids may be just the outfit for them!

This costume features many of the same adaptive features including stretch fabric and openings on the back of the costume with self-stick fabric closures. There is also an opening in the rear of the costume to make the costume more wheelchair-friendly.

The costume is a longer length overall to accommodate space rangers who may be seated in a wheelchair or otherwise during Halloween.

The front also contains a flap opening for easy tube access.

Your kid can truly go to infinity and beyond with this fun outfit! This costume is available on shopDisney for $49.99.
Your kid can fight off all of the evil supervillains out there with this Incredibles 2 Adaptive Costume for Kids which includes the bodysuit, mask, and gloves (but, of course, no capes!).

Again, the costume has a flap opening for tube access, more room in the leg areas of the costume for easier wear, and the costume is a bit longer in length.

It also features stretch fabric and an opening at the rear for easier wear while sitting.

The self-stick fabric closures on the back also make this costume easier to put on and take off.
