It’s finally Movember, and it’s time to celebrate! If you’re unfamiliar with the concept of Movember (also sometimes called No-Shave November), it’s an annual event when some gentlemen forgo shaving for 30 days in order to raise awareness for health issues related to men.

To show our support of this worthy cause, we’ve scoured our mustache databases to bring you some of all-time favorite crumb catchers!
So without further adieu, bring on the best Disney mustaches!
Duke Caboom
When you think of cool Disney mustaches and close your eyes, we hope it’s Duke Caboom’s face that you see. Voiced by the actor Keanu Reeves (who also frequently sports a stache and goatee combo, the facial hair equivalent of a roundhouse kick and uppercut punch!) Duke Caboom’s Toy Story 4 horseshoe mustache is a beautiful retro relic from the past!

Mr. Potato Head
And we can’t forget another one of our other favorite lip warmers from the same Pixar franchise; of course, we’re talking about Mr. Potato Head’s signature stash from Toy Story, 1, 2, 3 AND 4! Of course, we can visit this mustache in person at Toy Story Mania at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, too!

Um, and we have to say he’s really cute sportin’ a stache as a tortilla, too!

Chick Hicks
Think you have to be a human (or a potato?) to wear a super cool mustache? Think again! Chick Hicks doesn’t let being a car slow him down from growing one killer tache! He might be Lightning McQueen’s rival when it comes to racing in the Cars movies, but Lightning’s clean-shaven bumper is no competition for Chick Hicks’ mighty push broom! “Ka-chigga!”

PT Flea
Even PT Flea from a bug’s life knows what’s up when it comes to face furniture! He’s not afraid to perform “Flaming Death!”, and he’s certainly not afraid of growing out his facial fuzz.

Cogsworth
Think about this for a sec: Beauty and the Beast‘s Cogsworth has a time-telling mustache! Sure, he’s a little tightly wound, but we love the practicality of his clock hands-turned mustache!

Captain Hook
It goes without saying that a lot of Disney villains have some pretty gnarly mustaches. You got your Dr. Facilier from Princess and the Frog, Aladdin’s Jafar, and Stromboli from Pinocchio to name just a few. But our favorite evil stash award goes to Peter Pan’s Captain Hook because his mustache appears to have a life of its own! Similar to lovable Cogsworth’s mo, Captain Hook’s lower brow starts twitching to the sound of Tick Tock whenever he’s nearby!

Gepetto
It seems the only category of Disney characters that comes even close to Disney villains mustaches is Disney dads. Take, for instance, the wonderful Gepetto from Pinocchio who made himself a son whom he could love like a father. It’s such a heart-warming story made only sweeter by Gepetto’s giant soup strainer!

Maurice
Then you’ve got “Crazy Ol’ Maurice” from Beauty and the Beast. He may be a widely misunderstood and brilliant inventor, but one thing’s for sure: no one’s confused by how well he can pull off a lip sweater!

Tarzan’s Dad
We can’t forget Tarzan’s dad’s stunning muttonchops. Although we don’t actually recall his name because he only makes a brief appearance in Tarzan, his glorious mustache “will be in our hearts, always.”

Riley’s Dad
Inside Out is a virtual untapped treasure trove of mustaches thanks largely to the character of Riley’s dad. Not only are we treated to lots of screen time featuring this father’s healthy stash (voiced by Twin Peaks’ Agent Dale Cooper, Kyle MacLachlan — the dad, not the mustache!)…

…but THEN when we journey into Riley’s dad’s mind, we get the BEST surprise! All of the emotions we’ve come to know through Riley’s personality are now rocking her dad’s signature whiskers inside HIS head!

Mulan’s Matchmaker
The only thing we love as much as a good 5 for 1 mustache deal is a hilarious unintentional mustache! It’s not exactly a full-on Fu Manchu that Mulan’s matchmaker becomes unknowingly blessed with, but it’s the comical outcome of Mulan not being able to memorize the Final Admonition, and when the matchmaker grabs her arm where she’s written her crib notes, the accidental ink transfer occurs! Ahh, priceless!

Walt Disney
Finally, we’ve come to the very end of our favorite Disney mustaches list, but our last stash is somewhat ironically the very first Disney mustache, chronologically-speaking! That’s because it belongs to none other than Walt Disney, himself. Walt was rarely ever photographed without his signature mustache. That has us thinking… maybe the classic saying should be changed to “It all started with a mouse” …and a mustache!

Maybe somewhat even more ironically, it wasn’t until recently that Disney finally loosened the reins on Cast Members’ ability to have facial hair. Mustaches were no longer banned from the “Disney Look” as of 2012 for Cast Members at the Disney parks, and as of October of this year, beards have become permissible — just in time for No-Shave November!

…my favorite from my favorite Disney movie, Merlin from Sword and the Stone.
