Mark your calendars for a Kids Sushi Making Class! Have your little ones join us for an interactive and engaging cooking class on Saturday, June 25 from 12 PM – 2 PM at Wolfgang Puck Cafe.
This interactive and engaging cooking class offers a crash course into exploring the exciting and intricate world of sushi with hands on experience. Kids will partake in various class projects learning how to make an array of sushi including hand rolls, nigari and maki rolls. Throughout the class, guests will learn how to properly prepare and season sushi rice, healthy eating habits, and basic cleanliness and food safety skills.
As an added activity, the culinary kiddos will also create refreshing and flavorful summertime drinks including Old Fashioned Chocolate Soda and a Grapey-Orange Cooler.
The class is $35.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
