Be Our Guest Breakfast Test Announced

Be Our Guest restaurant in the Magic Kingdom will begin testing breakfast service on March 20 until June 18.

Reservations begin March 17 via My Disney Experience, DisneyWorld.com/dine or 407-WDW-DINE!

The “prix fixe” (set price) service, which will run from 8 to 10 a.m. each day of the test, begins with a pastry basket for the table to share, followed by one entree per person, as well as a selection of self-service beverages.

Choices include:

— Assorted cured meats and cheese with marmalade, fresh fruit, and a toasted baguette

— Eggs Florentine served in a puff pastry shell with country ham and roasted plum tomatoes

— Open-faced bacon and poached egg sandwich with brie

— Scrambled egg whites with roasted tomatoes, multigrain croissant and fresh fruit

— Vegetable quiche with mushroom, zucchini, bell pepper, onion and chive, served with seasonal fruit.

— Croissant Doughnut topped with banana caramel sauce, chocolate ganache and whipped cream

The kids’ menu includes brioche French toast with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs with Applewood bacon and fresh fruit, fruit crepes with yogurt and fresh fruit with a berry foam, cereal and oatmeal.
