After Fireworks Dessert Party Coming to Magic Kingdom

Starting May 28, the Magic Kingdom will offer a new After Fireworks Dessert Party, held at the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant immediately following the Happily Ever After Fireworks. The new offering, which is $69 for adults and $41 for children, includes fireworks viewing in a special area in the Plaza Garden, and an array of all-you-care-to-enjoy desserts and savory snacks.

“Return To Sleepy Hollow” at Fort Wilderness Begins Sept. 28

Starting this September 28, the "Return to Sleepy Hollow" program will once again be offered at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. The experience includes a group viewing of the 1949 Disney animated film "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" inside the historic Tri-Circle-D Ranch stables. During event nights, you'll see galloping ghosts and experience an up-close encounter with the Headless Horseman. New this year, a dessert party will be available at 9 p.m., either after the 8 p.m. movie or prior to the 10 p.m. showing.

Tiana’s Riverboat Party Ice Cream Social & Parade Viewing Begins Nov 29

Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen are throwing an afternoon bash in Magic Kingdom Park. "Tiana's Riverboat Party Ice Cream Social and Parade Viewing" will make its debut launch on the Liberty Belle Riverboat at Magic Kingdom Park on November 29. The fun starts at the boat dock, where guests can enjoy hand-dipped ice cream and soft drinks while they visit with Princess Tiana and Naveen.

New Holiday Show Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM Coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios

An all-new nighttime spectacular, "Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!," premieres at Disney's Hollywood Studios Nov. 14. On, above and around the Chinese Theater are state-of-the-art projections, special effects, fireworks and even snow. Adding to the immersive experience is a new musical score featuring familiar holiday tunes with an original twist. Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! will run from Nov. 14 to Dec. 31.

Happy HalloWishes Premium Dessert Package on Sale Now!

Reservations open August 17 for the new Happy HalloWishes Premium Dessert Package, which will be available on certain nights at this year's Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This package includes the following: -- reserved viewing location for Mickey's "Boo-To-You" Halloween Parade (the center flag pole area of Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A.) -- a dessert party that features Halloween-Inspired treats at the festively decorated Tomorrowland Terrace -- a toast with sparkling cider -- a skull mug filled with candy as a trick-or-treat takeaway Cost is $69, $39 ages 3 to 11. Frozen Premium Package Review

I recently experienced the VIP Frozen Premium package at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This package consists of two parts. The first part is reserved seating for the Frozen "First Time in Forever" Sing-along. The second component is a Frozen-themed dessert party, which includes a limited release Frozen pin and lithograph.

A New After-Dark Experience Treats Epcot Guests to One More Bite of Fun

A new experience at Epcot, the IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party, began accepting reservations Wednesday, March 12, 2014. The party features the opportunity to sample desserts from around the world paired with international sparkling wines, while enjoying IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth fireworks from the vantage point of World Showcase Plaza. The first party will be held 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 15. Parties will subsequently be held on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. Prices are $49 per adult (ages 10 and up); $29 per child (ages 3-9). The price includes tax and 18 percent gratuity.
