We love this place and make it a point to eat lunch there, which works out a little cheaper than breakfast or dinner. The French-themed food is great and well-prepared. The desserts are wonderful but not too heavy. I love the way the servers bring the food to your table. My only negatives are that it can take a very long time to order and the staff did not make it clear that there is an online ordering system available (I asked what the difference was between the two lines and found out that way). If you have a device that can access the internet take advantage of the online ordering and save yourself 20 - 30 minutes of waiting in line to order. Once you order the wait to get your food is not too long.

My wife and I decided to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani village before we decided to stay here I read the reviews on here to make my final decision. Absolutely love the resort very pretty surroundings we had the savanna view and we could sit out there for hours just watching the animal. The only negative thing that I have to say about Animal kingdom is there is only the bus transportation while at the beginning of the trip wasn't bad it is a long ride from the magic kingdom to the resort. But I would definitely stay there again

I hit this in mid-afternoon between meals, so it was relatively quiet and not too busy. My burger was large and very good! Enough to share if I hadn't been so hungry. Other meals we've gotten there have been satisfying as well.
Pros:
lots of seating indoors or outdoors, decent foodCons:

This is always one of my favorite places. Our food was outstanding and despite the long line, ordering and receiving our food did not take long. Items range from a simple bowl of clam chowder to heartier plates. There was plenty of seating upstairs; we ended up in a little alcove that overlooked Rapunzel's tower and courtyard. It was a relatively quiet respite from the noisy crowds below.

I worked long & hard to get these reservations and now wish I hadn't wasted my time. To begin with, we were seated at what I believe is a smaller than average table for two. Our server was at the very next table when we were seated but could not recognize our presence as he was too busy flirting. When finally he greeted us, it was perfunctory. OK, we're in our 60's/70's, but we know good service and food. He forgot to have our bread delivered, our immediately ordered wine finally arrived after our salads, all of which barely fit on the table! The Ballroom is huge and extremely noisy...no private conversations here, sort of reminding me of a large coffee shop. The lamb, however, was absolutely fantastic. But overall, we will definitely not return, nor recommended this place to anyone. As a huge Disney Parks fan since 1955, this was honestly the most looked forward to and most disappointing event ever!

Let me start by saying we have been to Chef Mickey's many times since my first son was born almost 18 years ago. We came here to celebrate my little nephews birthday. My boys are 17 and 12 but still love Mickey waffles so they were happy to come. This was actually the brunch that they had started. What we encountered was dirty chairs with food stuck to them (a lot of food!), there was food smashed and stepped on all around the dessert area that was never cleaned up the whole time. There was soup but no signs to identify it. People kept looking in the pot and walked away. Food selection was OK. The two sides were inconsistent as far as what was put out and the quality. The breakfast items were mostly all good. The characters barely stopped for one picture. We had literally 5 seconds to take a picture with Mickey and he ran to next table. We are not the type to take dozens of pictures. We just put all the kids in from of the character, snap a pic, thank them and let them go. We couldn't even do that. It was the worst character meal we have ever done..and we have done MANY over the years. Just a shame that it is one of the most expensive and we felt completely ripped off. I would warn people to save their money and enjoy one of the other character meals offered on property.

We just returned from a 6 night stay at the Wilderness Lodge. It’s a lovely resort inside and out, all the Cast Members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and large enough for the two of us, but it might be a tight squeeze for a family of four. Only a couple of minor complaints with the room - the ledge that extended over the sink in the bathroom made it hard to use the sink and the paint in the shower/toilet area is hospital beige. I get the WL is going for an earthy feel, but the bathroom was depressing. We also didn’t receive any towel animals the whole trip, but it wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t notice noise coming from the adjacent rooms or the hallways. We never had to wait long for a bus or boat, except on Halloween evening. The boats were running slow and the lines were long since everyone was attempting to get to the Magic Kingdom for the Halloween party or the campgrounds for Trick or Treat. Overall, this resort is beautiful and we will definitely be staying here again. There was construction going on, but it was never an issue.

Love this resort, stayed here from Oct. 20th thru Nov. 1st. This was our third time staying here and as usual this resort doesn't disappoint. Great staff. I had requested a first floor room, which we got. The room was huge and immaculate, looked like it had recently been refurbished. We will be staying here again during next years visit.

This was our first trip to the F&W Festival and we really enjoyed trying the different dishes from several of the booths. The lines were long, but Cast Members seemed well organized and kept the line moving. Since this was our first visit to the F&W, we had trouble finding the Festival Center and some of the booths we wanted to try. I asked a Cast Member where the Festival Center was and she had no idea, finally another visitor told us where it was located. Once we found an F&W Passport, it was much easier to pick which booths we wanted to try and it made the experience much better. No matter what time or day we attended the festival, it was always crowded so having the passport is a must.

My husband and I attended the Parisian breakfast and really enjoyed all the food. The servers were very attentive and the mimosa glasses were continually filled. They also served coffee and hot chocolate. The menu was a variety of breads, cheeses and pastries and some fruit. We felt this was a good deal for the price and we each received a small goodie bag when leaving.
