My husband and I had our second visit July 3-5, 2015. We used online check in and our room was ready when we arrived. We skipped check in all together; which was mostly good, but we didn't get any resort activity pages or a map in our room (avail at gues services). My only issue was the room we were assigned. While it was ready for us upon arrival; it turned out to be an ADA room. We didn't have a double sink nor a split toilet and not much storage space for toiletries. I wish Disney would reserve these rooms for those who truly need them. We were happy to have a room ready upon arrival and this trumped our need for the 'right' room, but I will be noting going forward to NOT be given an ADA room. Disney, please don't issue these rooms unless they are requested or required by those who need them.

We were pleasantly surprised by Kona. I knew nothing about it and we ended up having the best steak of our trip. This meal was a fraction of the cost of our other meals. The great view of the fireworks out by the pool was wonderful. Definitely a bit of Disney Magic!

At the Crystal Palace you are definitely paying for the opportunity to see the Winnie the Pooh characters up close. The food is average, at best. My favorite thing ended up being the Moroccan chicken and the corn dogs from the kids buffet! We ended up having to tip our server $38 and all she had to do was bring us drinks! I love Disney but were shocked by the price of this meal!

Used this service for the first time July 1st. We were completely relying on Disney for transportation and staying on site, so we knew we wouldn't be able to have adult beverages and some park snacks otherwise. It was great being able to sit on our hotel balcony and enjoy a drink without spending the outrageous prices. Everything was delivered as promised and in tact. Would recommend and use again.

Tried this for the first time on our July 5 visit. Very flavorful sammy's for a decent price. It was crowded, but line was pretty quick. Enjoyed it and would recommend and go again. It was nice out so we enjoyed them on the patio.

Husband and teen son went for 2nd visit for lunch on July 3rd as a break from our marathon Magic Kingdom day in the park. I highly recommend taking the monorail and going here to take a break for lunch, especially on a hot summer day! They both got the surf and turf burgers and loved them (again)! Think this place is great! P.S. If you have room after, go to the Dole Whip stand outside the downstairs. Refreshing!

Read so many good reviews and we always like to try something new on our trips, so we tried here. ONLY redeeming points for us was that the ice cream was good. We had adr for dinner on July 2nd. Waited outside for half an hour past our reserved time. While waiting, determined that we would never want to stay at this resort due to the amount of crazy kids running wild while their parents were here and there drinking wine and watching golf. Very non-Disney feeling for me here. Anyway, after being seated we couldn't believe the prices for burgers and dogs! We just decided to skip it all and just get the ice cream, which was very tasty. The room itself is soooo tiny. You are seated at tiny tables where all the people standing in line for ice cream stare at you. I don't know where all the good reviews come from. My guess is people on the dining plan that don't look at the prices for the food. Don't get it and would not go back. Sorry.

Stayed July 1st for 5 nights as a special 20th anniversary with husband and teen kids. First time staying. Our favorite part of this hotel compared to other Disney hotels we have stayed at was being able to sit and relax on our own balcony. We initially were given a room that we didn't care for the location and the hotel reassigned us one that was more to our liking. We had to wait for it, but it was well worth it. Pool was fun and loved the job the Disney crews do with the afternoon pool parties. Pool does not have much seating. Had to wait for chairs most times. I would recommend that they make the chairs adult only since the kids are mostly in the pool the whole time anyway! Loved the boat service and the electrical parade right there at the beach! Beautiful grounds, props to cleaning and lifeguard staff. Had a great time!

The food is all very good quality and the selections is very good as well. I will say that I wish they had an omelet bar like Crystal Palace. The jungle juice is very good.
Very good interaction with the safari characters. They come around pretty quickly but you still get some nice photo ops. They do really pack the people in almost on top of each other. Kind of hard to move around.
It was fun to do once but I will say I think it was a bit over-priced for what you get (even in comparison to other WDW meals).

Very expensive but a great night.
The food was much better than I expected. Much more than just hot dogs and hamburgers. The unlimited ice cream as well as the beer and sangria add some value. I think I saw one kid eat a half dozen Mickey bars.
Great interaction with the characters. They alternate dancing with the crowd of kids and appearing over at the sides for photo ops. They will stay at the end of the night until everyone who wants to meet them has had a chance. Very unique costume theming.
There is a western style show that is a bit cheesy but fun. Also a trick roper that is pretty cool. Lots of fun music and just a great atmosphere.
It really doesn't matter where you sit as the characters move around and you can see from everywhere...
