My first and so far only WDW tour. Well worth the cost. The guides did an excellent job of allowing us just the right amount of time in each location to take pictures, ask questions, etc. before moving on. The lunch selection was great and they had no problem providing a special meal for my daughter who has an allergy.
Pros:
great animal interaction, leisurely paced, very knowledgeable guides, great photosCons:

My husband and I LOVED the rainforest room. I thought the price was great, considering all you had access to and that limited amount of people were granted access, making it free of clutter. They offered salt scrubs, water, and tea. You also gain access to their much- larger-than-your-stateroom showers. My husband and I often found ourselves dozing off on their heated tile recliners. I would caution you against the different rainforest showers, though. The water is cold and NOT relaxing. We found ourselves chuckling at a few other guests screaming/yelping from surprise. Maybe it's suppose to do something to your senses... But isn't worth it to me. The jacuzzi that overlooked ocean was amazing, but didn't work right when we first used it on our cruise. But they quickly had maintenance fix the issue.
Pros:
Sauna, steam rooms, heated tile loungers, Jacuzzi.Cons:

Saw this in June for the first time, had a table right in front of the stage, and it was so much fun. The food was amazing, the show was great, and the characters were friendly and a lot of fun. Can't wait to take my parents next year.
Pros:
Dinner and show, you can't go wrong.Cons:
Pioneer Hall can be difficult to get to, but use the Minnie Vans and it will drop you off right there.Review of Be Our Guest -Counter Service Lunch

We had a surprisingly nice lunch in March 2018. As a counter service restaurant it was really above expectations. Our group's food choices were all really surprisingly tasty - definitely not average, not bland. We chose to sit in a quieter area, but it was still rather loud...maybe some cork tiling on the walls would absorb some of the sound. It doesn't feel crowded here, as the ceilings are all so high. Very well themed decor, which is why we are willing to pay WDW prices, and appreciated that effort here. The interior queue area is lots of fun, and the hosts there are very helpful with the on-screen ordering process (if you need help). We do feel that we got our money's worth with the healthiest menu choices here, like salads - as we prefer to eat as healthy as possible, especially while on vacation (to be able to keep going longer 😉 and we limit our treats to really worthwhile options - like the grey stuff; it really IS delicious!
Pros:
Very tasty for counter serviceCons:
acoustics - very very noisy; bring ear plugs if you're even a little bit sensitive.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 09/27/2018

One of my favorite lunch spots. I actually prefer lunch to dinner and love the ability to pre-order your food and have it brought to your table. The food is good and the atmosphere is amazing. I would recommend exploring each of the dining rooms as there are many things to see in each one.
Pros:
Good food, beautifully themedCons:

Food on the buffet had been sitting for quite a while, many of the pans had that 'skin' that gets formed when food sits out. Character interaction was fair, we did feel a bit rushed to get our pictures taken so they could move on.
