We stayed here April 3rd-Apr8th. It is our favorite resort due to size. I had requested a room closer to transportation due to some medical issues. we didn't get what we requested but they did move us closer.Food at food court was good- had salmon on our date of arrival for dinner that was very good and of course the beignets for breakfast one day. everyone was very nice. Housekeeping wasn't as good as it has been in the past but it was passable.
Pros:
Size, location, theming, staffCons:

Everyone's favorite, the telling of the Christmas story. There is nothing to dislike about this show. The music, castmemebers, narrators are all wonderful. It is such an incredible preformance, it give me chills. I would suggest the dining package so you can get seats early and in the reserved area. A have to a Christmas time. LOVE IT

We have stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside over 15 times. We started staying there when the resort was called “Dixie Landings.” We have stayed at other Disney resorts but we have returned to this resort over and over. Amenities are fantastic. You can feel secure but yet in the middle of it all without being overwhelmed by the crowds. You are not that far from the pool or Boatwrights or any other part of the resort. Our favorite thing is to take the pontoon ride down to “Disney Springs.” Believe it or not, this is the highlight of our trip in many cases. When you round the bend especially in the evening as you are pulling into Disney Springs you receive a rush of excitement and anticipation. Plus it is so relaxing. Stay here for sure the next time you visit Disney

We were staying at a Disney Springs hotel just a few weeks after the service started accepting passengers there (it had previously been limited to the parks and Disney hotels only) so it was hard to get information on how it worked ahead of time. I can not recommend this service enough to families with multiple small children!! The drivers are experienced and all of them had a ton of knowledge about Disney, the parks, best ways to drive to skip traffic, and lots of other tips and stories. We were able to get virtually all the way up to the gates of Magic Kingdom in a Minnie Van, which regular Lyfts or private cars can't do, which was really helpful for our pre-park opening breakfast reservation as an adult on my own with two children. The drivers knew how to quickly and correctly install the carseats, which looked brand new, both forward and rear-facing. Worth every penny!
Pros:
Fast, great access to park entrances, clean, comfortable, knowledgeable and friendly drivers,Cons:

This is one ride we never do, unless maybe it was a 5 minute wait, and it never is. If you like corny jokes and seeing fake animals, then you will like this. But, if you waited an hour and you don't find this amusing, you will be pretty disappointed. I just don't wouldn't waste my time waiting for this.

Everyone in our family LOVED Typhoon Lagoon, including my husband who "hates water parks." We got there later than we wanted and had to leave early for a dinner reservation, but we had an amazing time while we were there and wish we had been able to stay twice as long.
Pros:
Gorgeous theming, rides and pools for all shapes/sizes/ages/swimming abilities, fabulous toddler area, helpful staff, yummy frozen drinks.Cons:
We found it a little hard to navigate with all of the interconnected pathways and sometimes confusing signage. Changing rooms were small for a parent with two toddlers.Review of Cape May Cafe - Character Breakfast

My favorite place at WDW. I have been to both breakfast & dinner and loved both. The characters at breakfast are so cute in their beach attire. The buffets at both meals offers everything you could want. Love the atmosphere/decor

This is a fun Toy Story ride. Similar to Midway Mania, but less fun. I always have a hard time seeing where my laser is pointed. This seems a bit more difficult than Midway Mania. It's still a must do, unless there is a long wait. I do not think this is worth more than a 20-30 minute wait.
