This is a wonderful opportunity to observe the gorillas. I love watching the interaction between the babies and the older animals. The meerkats are also a joy to watch. People who don't take this trek are really missing out. The bird nests are remarkable-some are huge.

Pros:

A peaceful trek past fabulous creatures

My daughter and I ate here for lunch and it was one of our best meals of the trip. We didn’t have a reservation but were able to get seated right away and got a lovely table by the window overlooking the water. Our server was very nice and checked on us regularly. My daughter ordered the steak and fries and said it was the best steak she’s ever had! I ordered the filet sliders with truffle fries. The sliders were cooked perfectly. The truffle flavor of the fries was a little too strong for my tastes, but that is the only negative I have to say about this meal. Also, they surprised my daughter with a chocolate cupcake for her birthday, and even that was delicious, not just a typical Disney cupcake! Highly recommend!

Pros:

Beautiful setting, good service, delicious food

The best attraction at Animal Kingdom! The animals were very active during this safari and getting so close to them is wonderful. I love the giraffes and zebra-beautiful animals. The drivers are really very good with their commentaries.

Pros:

As close to a real safari as I'll ever get-the animals are fascinating

Review of Toy Story Mania

Great fun! The family in front of me asked what the ride was about and I explained it to them. They had been in line for over two hours for Slinky Dog and it broke down. They were given Fastpasses and got into the Toy Story Mania line. I assured them it was fun and I smiled enjoying their smiles as we all walked out. I'm actually getting better with my score.

Pros:

So much fun!

After not seeing this show for years, I couldn't believe I still knew most of the words to the songs. I will always associate Big Al with my Dad (they both sang Blood on the Saddle). Everyone walks out of this show with a smile.

Pros:

The three little blue bears and Big Al! Never a line.

This is one of my favorite attractions in the Magic Kingdom. The animation can't be beat, I love the music and it feels great to be able to sit down for 20 minutes to enjoy the show. I love Donald and the brooms!

Pros:

Disney animation and music at it's best

It was absolutely delightful meeting Mickey and Minnie in their birthday finery! Their costumes were so cute and getting hugs from the Main Mice is one of the highlights of visiting the park. No one is too old to visit with the park's stars-they look great for 90!

Pros:

It's Mickey and Minnie!

Will not go here again! If your handicapped this is not for you. My daughter and I came here for dinner during our April 2019 trip. I travel with oxygen and ride a scooter. They made a big issue about my scooter and embarrassed me while in the restaurant just as I sat down. When we arrived the hostess said I needed to park my scooter over there, I said my sorry I didn’t see parking, she pointed down the walkway and said next to the bathrooms. Excuse me if I could walk that far I wouldn’t need a scooter. She apologized but that was parking. WE were going to leave but another girl came over and said our table was just inside the door and she would park my scooter for me, when we were finished someone would get my scooter for me. I thanked this girl over and over, she was so sweet. She took us to our table which was just inside the main door, before I even sat down at my seat another girl came over from in back the restaurant to speak with the girl who sat us saying this scooter must be moved, it cannot be in here, it’s blocking others walk way (which it wasn’t). The girl who sat us said calmly she would handle it and all was under control. How pleasant to have half the restaurant watching you! Our waiter came over a few minutes later and we both ordered: wedge salads 2 drinks and the steak entree medium-rare. THe wedge salads were good, I said to my daughter we have great seats for the nighttime show I feel we’re still here. MAYbe if we ear slow and order desserts we would make make it. Our entrees came out and my daughters steak was a little more rare then she wanted but said she’d deal and ear around the sides, my steak was almost raw so I asked if it could be put back on for a minute or two. So my daughter continues to eat and the nighttime show starts, and ends and people start to leave, while we are looking around we finally spot our waiter coming with my food. When he put my meal down I refused it, said I’d pay for what we had so far but not for a meal I should have had 30 minutes ago. He gave us our check for just that and no apology. Guess who had to retive my scooter, my daughter!

Pros:

Nice view of castle

Cons:

Review of Nine Dragons - China - Epcot

Nine Dragons was a favorite for years and then the quality of the food fell off and we ate elsewhere. I decided to try it again and ate here during my last two WDW visits and enjoyed it very much. On my most recent trip, my niece and I had Kung Pau chicken and it was very good but a little too spice for me after awhile. The portion was huge so it would be a perfect dish to share. My sister enjoyed her honey sesame chicken. Our waiter was very kind answering questions and making suggestions. The restaurant itself is just beautiful. On my previous visit I had Moo Goo Gai Pan (lunch menu) and it was super. I don't know why it's not on the dinner menu-I think it should be.

Pros:

Beautiful restaurant-good food-reasonable prices

Cons:

Only uncoated chicken available at dinner is the Kung Pau-hot (but tasty)
