We were totally pleased with this service. We arrived late due to delayed flights, but found our order in the room. Our cold items were delivered after we arrived and put in our refrigerator while we were at dinner. The order was 100% accurate except we were given extra food but not charged. The fresh fruit we ordered was perfect. This was our first time to use this service but it surely won't be our last.

We always use Garden Grocer for our trips to Disney. It is such a great service to get things like gallons of milk, water (both bottled and gallons since the water at Disney is yucky), OJ, bagels, etc. The price is higher than our local grocery store, but the convenience is worth it, and you end up paying less than you would have if you bought all this stuff from the hotel store. I love how they let you know it was delivered and even if you aren't there Disney will put it in freezer/refrigerator until you get into your room. Never had a single problem.

We used the Garden Grocer service during our stay from 11/30 - 12/09. We were staying at OKW. Our groceries were delivered on time to bell services at our resort. Our order was complete and intact. Bell services refrigerated all of our perishable items, so everything was in perfect condition. We were on Disney dining, but wanted to use our dining credits for lunches and dinners. I ordered breakfast items, water and snack foods to eliminate the need to eat at a restaurant at our resort or at the parks, and we saved a substantial amount. It was quite hot during our stay and not having to pay for water was invaluable. It would be cheaper to do your own grocery shopping, but who needs that kind of hassle when on vacation. My only complaint is that the service doesn't come directly to your room (at least at OKW). That means your groceries are moved or handled by several people, but this is really a minor issue. I will definitely use this service every time we go to WDW.

This was our second time using Garden Grocer. We asked that it be delivered to Bell Service since we were getting in late. We arrived at the Carribean Beach around 7h30 and our order was waiting for use.
Everything we had ordered was there and well packed.
I recommend using them.

The price for the food is higher than what you'd pay if you went to the store yourself but having food and water delivered to our resort saved us a bunch of money over eating every meal at Disney prices and meant we could enjoy breakfast and snacks the kids were familiar with. We also were able to bring our own water into the parks with us at a huge cost savings. If you are not doing a meal plan this is well worth your money! The food was waiting for us at Bell Services when we arrived.

We use Garden Grocer on every Disney Trip to buy water, juice, fruit, etc. because we always stay on site. Every single experience has been a positive one. I highly recommend this service.

There were many of us in our party. We ordered several cases of beer from Garden Grocer. They were about $25 for a case of 24 beers, about $7 to $10 more per case than we pay at home but much much cheaper than buying from Disney. The order was brought on time with no problems.

We stayed in a suite at Art of Animation, so wanted to have some breakfasts and snacks in the room. I ordered these items from Garden Grocer (cereal, milk, coffee & creamer, juice, crackers, spreads) plus two cases of water. The total was about $100. While I think I could have saved some money had I gone to WalMart, the convenience was worth it. I asked for my order to be delivered between 11am and 1pm. Shortly after 11 I got a call that the delivery was at the resort. When we got to our room around 1pm, the groceries were already there and the cold items in the fridge!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, so we needed groceries for some of our meals. It was very convenient. When I showed up to the resort my order was there waiting. I got a text message and a phone call before I even got there telling me that my order was waiting for me at the resort. I think I actually may have gotten more than what I paid for. I had more milk and bananas than what I could use and I know I didn't order that much. The only downfall is the food prices and the delivery fee is more than your average grocery store, but for the convenience of it we were willing to over look that.

Garden Grocer offered great service. We did not have a car so shopping would be out. We ordered basics for breakfast (cereal, bread, milk, juice) and a few snack items. An email was sent to confirm my order and another to tell me everything was delivered. Everything was waiting when we arrived and the cold items were cold. I would definitely use this service again.
