Since we do get new readers and reminders are welcome, I thought this was worth re-posting. Enjoy the saga. Sit back, relax, and … Continue reading "A Tale of One Million Pixels Porportion, Again"

Canon’s Repair Service
Posted onIf you caught my 3-part series recapping my recent trip to Walt Disney World then you may recall my mentioning that my Canon Powershot SX100 IS gave out during the vacation. Befuddled and sad, I knew it would need to be repaired and that getting it back in early November meant I couldn’t take it … Continue reading "Canon’s Repair Service"
Disney Pic of the week – Light and Shadows
Posted onA full moon on Halloween mixed with deep dark blue sky, white and gray layers of clouds swiftly passing and yet barely moving at all as viewed from below tree branches with but a mere few leaves left. Light cast upon an object creates shadow. Photography is dependant on light. It’s as simple as that. … Continue reading "Disney Pic of the week – Light and Shadows"
Emblem of Marrakesh
Posted onAs my submission for Disney Pic of the Week – Morocco, I offer this photograph of a stone prayer tower which is based on the Koutoubia Minaret. The Mother(s) of All Trips – The Middle
Posted onThe first installment can be found here. Day 3 Guess who called? Amanda. Yeah, I don’t know anyone named Amanda either. She started out trying to be friendly and I finally had to ask who she was. She was from Wyndham Bonnet Creek and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Yep, we’re … Continue reading "The Mother(s) of All Trips – The Middle"
Disney Pic of the Week – Pleasure Island
Posted onOnce upon a time there was a land where the night air was filled with music and laughter. Where people danced and sang and shouted out whole heartedly, Kungaloosh! Then the music stopped as did the dancing. There was nothing left to laugh about. The buildings that housed these moments of bliss closed. One such … Continue reading "Disney Pic of the Week – Pleasure Island"
