REVIEW: The $17 Snack That We Actually Recommend in Disney World (Despite the Price!)

If you’re a foodie, EPCOT is a must-visit park during your Disney World trip!

Kabuki Cafe

The World Showcase in particular is a great place to stop and dine, with eats from around the world in each of the country-themed pavilions. One of our favorite places to dine is the Japan Pavilion, and a snack stand there just got a NEW menu item!

We’re taking you along with us to Kabuki Cafe, the snack stand at the front of the Japan Pavilion! Here you typically find Kakigori and sushi on the menu, but sometimes they have new specialties.

Kabuki Cafe Menu

During a recent visit, we tried the A5 Wagyu Nigiri Combo for $16.50. This includes three pieces of A5 Japanese Wagyu Nigiri and four pieces of California Roll.

Let’s eat!

The California Roll was pretty standard but surprisingly fresh. It would be good to satisfy a sushi craving but it’s not anything out of the ordinary — your classic avocado crab roll.

Sushi

The wagyu nigiri was topped with a steak sauce and the steak itself was wonderfully salted, though on the chewier side. It pairs great with the rice and if you’re a steak fan, this is definitely a great snack to add to your must-try list. If you’re just on the hunt for sushi, though, you’d be better off ordering something a bit cheaper on the menu.

The steak!

That’s a wrap on our visit to Kabuki Cafe, we’ll keep you in the loop with more dining reviews as we spot new snacks in Disney World.
