REMINDER: This Disney's Hollywood Studios Restaurant CHANGES Soon

If you’re heading into Disney’s Hollywood Studios and planning to grab a dining reservation, you need to know that something is changing soon at a popular character dining spot.

Hollywood & Vine is a great spot for character dining in Hollywood Studios, especially for younger kiddos and those who love Disney Junior, because for years now, you’ve been able to meet your favorite Disney Junior characters during breakfast. However, that’s all changing in just a few days.

Currently, you can experience the Disney Junior Play n’ Dine for breakfast, which features characters like Vampirina, Fancy Nancy, and Doc McStuffins, and then Minnie’s Seasonal Dine for lunch and dinner.

Minnie’s Seasonal Dine changes throughout the year depending on what season it is, and you can almost always see characters like Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto. However, starting on October 12th, it appears that Disney Junior Play n’ Dine will be no more.

October 11th will be your last day to experience Disney Junior Play n’ Dine. After that, Minnie’s Seasonal Dine will be available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, meaning it will be the only character dining meal available all day. At this time, Disney hasn’t confirmed if this is a permanent change, or if we’ll see the Disney Junior offering return in the future.

We have a strong feeling this is at least partly due to the fact that Animation Courtyard is largely closed for a refurbishment, which includes a new show coming to the Disney Junior Play and Dance stage. Now, you cannot meet the Disney Junior characters over in this area of the park, and once this dining option goes away, you won’t be able to meet them anywhere for right now. Again, this could change in the future, but we’ll have to wait and see.
