The time has come — the Disney Festival of Holidays has kicked off!

This festival is over on the west coast at Disney California Adventure and there’s a lot to see here! From plenty of festive eats to unique photo opportunities, this festival is a lot of fun. But the entertainment is also a huge draw here so let’s check it out!
During our time at the Festival, we got the chance to catch some Holiday Toy Drummers marching around!

You’ll want to look for them over near the toy drummer statues!

You can also meet Santa Claus himself! He is available for meet and greets by the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail — which transforms into “Santa’s Holiday Visit” for the season.

You’ll find a “Camp Notices” board with details about all of the things you can do in this trail, like meet Santa or even grab some treats.

More signs throughout the area direct you to the activities in this spot.

One sign indicates that the mischievous elves have created games for everyone to play, so you don’t want to miss out!

While you’re at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail/Santa’s Holiday Visit, be sure to stop by the Treats for Santa cart.

There, you’ll find a few different snacks, including Santa’s Milk & Cookies Hot Cocoa (non-alcoholic).

Thus far, those are the entertainment offerings we’ve seen. We’ll update this post with more photos and information as we spot additional entertainment offerings in the future.
If you’re wondering what other entertainment you’ll be able to catch, here’s an overview! You can spot some Bollywood dancing as you check out the Blue13 Dance Company’s celebration of Diwali.

Mirabel is also at this year’s festival! You can usually meet her over in Disneyland, but she wants to take part in the holiday festivities!

Disney ¡Viva Navidad! is a fun street party where you can dance around with Mickey and Minnie. With this celebration, you’ll get to take part in a “street party” that has live musicians, samba dancers, and more.

You can also catch several musical acts including Mariachi Divas with a spin on fan-favorite holiday songs…

…Mostly Kosher, which honors Hanukkah with a blend of Latin, jazz, rock, and klezmer music…

…and Phat Cat Swinger which is for all of the jazz music fans out there!

Additionally, you can listen to The Mistletoes who honor Kwanzaa with acapella holiday songs…

…or enjoy Tina and The Sounds of Celebration as you party it up to Salsa, Latin Rock, and Merengue music.

And don’t miss out on Mickey’s Happy Holidays, where you’ll get the chance to see Mickey and friends in a sort of mini parade!

You can also catch the Holiday Lights Band at different points throughout the day over in Disneyland.

And that’s not the only band you can see! Over in Disney California Adventure, you can catch the Holiday Toy Drummers over near Paradise Pier.

Times for each of these entertainment offerings can vary, so check the Disneyland app on the day of your visit so you can see your favorite groups!
We’ll continue to update you on the latest in the Disney parks, so stay tuned to AllEars for more.
