NEWS: Mannheim Steamroller to Return to Universal Orlando

As theme parks around the world continue to bring back entertainment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the slowest amenities to return has been live entertainment such as musical acts.

That’s why we’re especially happy to announce the return of a holiday favorite to Universal Orlando!

In 1975, composer and record producer Chip Davis used a pseudonym to create his own neoclassical orchestra. The band blended elements of new age, pop and rock into more traditional musical styles. Thus the world was given its first taste of Mannheim Steamroller.

And the musical act will be returning this year to Universal Orlando!

Mannheim Steamroller is a familiar favorite of many of our readers, thanks to its holiday albums and the 1999, Disney-themed collection Mannheim Steamroller Meets the Mouse.

In fact Mannheim Steamroller is the biggest-selling holiday act of all time. Now you can catch it for yourself! Universal Orlando announced on its Twitter account today that Mannheim Steamroller will appear there live on December 4th, 5th, 11th, and 12th!

The park has confirmed concert admission will be included with regular park admission. We don’t have specific information yet about the location or time, but we’ll let you know just as soon as Universal fills us in.
