Although this year has had some triumphs, there have also been major losses.

Disney fans were heartbroken about the recent passing of Chadwick Boseman (AKA the Black Panther), along with one of the original Mouseketeers Bonni Lou Kern. However, today another film legend has been laid to rest peacefully.

Sir Sean Connery has been a household name with his profound affect on the film industry. However, he passed away today at the age of 90 years old. Disney fans may know him from films like Darby O’Gill and the Little People and the more well-known Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.

Connery starred in the Indiana Jones film as the protagonist’s father, Henry Jones. The actor has also been widely renowned for his appearances as James Bond in multiple 007 films, including You Only Live Twice and Never Say Never Again.

We send our love to all of Connery’s fans and his family members during this time. We will always hold the memories he created dear to our hearts.
