It's Almost Time for Carnevale at Maria & Enzo's Ristorante in Disney Springs!

Carnevale is a famous festival from Venice, Italy that you might know a little bit better as Mardi Gras!

What better place to celebrate this Italian occasion than with a special evening at Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante in Disney Springs. So make a reservation, and grab your masks!

The Carnevale menu consists of options in antipasti, salads, soups, pasta, entrees, and side dishes, with all meals served alongside Maria & Enzo’s famous Italian Crudite, and finished with a fried sweet pastry.

Some favorites from the Antipasti portion of the menu include Maria’s family recipe Polpettine (braised meatballs).

And can you really go to an Italian celebration without eating some pasta? You’ll have your choice from options like Lasagna Bolognese, Penne Rosa Sangiovese, and Spaghetti Chitarra Con Polpette.

There are many options for the main course too, with dishes centered around everything from eggplant (in the Melanzane Alla Parmigiana) to ribeye (in the Bistecca Alla Griglia).

The Carnevale celebration occurs nightly from 5 PM to 10 PM from February 1st through February 29th, with the special menu and live entertainment.
