What I’d Buy (and Skip) When Planning Disney World in 2026

Are you planning a Disney World trip for 2026? That’s so funny — so am I!

You can find me in Disney World usually once a month!

While I may have been to Disney World more times than I can count in 2025 for work, every SINGLE time, I left something at home accidentally, or didn’t get something because I didn’t think I’d need it, only to regret it immensely afterwards. This year, I’m DETERMINED to be more prepared, and after talking with some of my coworkers, these are the four items I will 100% be buying and using in the parks this year!

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m the type of person to use something as MUCH as possible until it’s literally unusable, because I hate buying things when I don’t need to. I didn’t get new shoes until my old ones were literally FALLING apart, and even then, it was because I put them on my Christmas list, not because I bought them myself. My portable chargers are certainly on their way out. I’ll probably only get a few more months out of them since they’re so old, but I’ll tell you what — when it’s time for a new one, I’m 100% going for the FuelRod MAX10.

Myranda herself has tried this in the parks and RAVES about it, and I trust basically anything Myranda reviews, because she and I are one in the same — we don’t buy stuff unless it’s really needed! This thing is so powerful, it will easily last you all day, but if you, for some reason, need a new one, you can trade it for a fully charged one in the parks at no extra cost. That’s an AMAZING deal!

Y’all, I have to admit to you…I might need to up my shoe game, and that SCARES ME! Shoes are so expensive, and how do you know if you’ll pick the right ones? I’ve started doing research now, so I know where to start when the time comes, and based on what my coworkers have said, the HOKA Women’s Clifton 10 Shoes might be the way to go.

Funny enough, these are also a product Myranda reviewed for work, and now wears them around the parks just for fun (which is a far cry from her normal flip flops, that’s how you know it’s a big deal). They last such a long time, are made of great quality, and while they’re expensive, I’ve seen more and more of my coworkers grab these shoes and be really happy with them. When you’re walking around Disney World so much, you’ve gotta protect your feet, right?

Now this is a product I personally own already and recommend to EVERYONE, so I’m telling you right now that the only poncho you’ll ever need for the parks is the FROGG TOGGS Poncho.

I love my FROGG TOGGS Poncho!

This was actually a recommendation from Emma, and wow, was she right! It easily covers my whole body, it’s so light, yet made of great quality, so water literally falls OFF of it, and it’s pretty easy to get it back in its carrying case. I’m about to head off to Disney World this week and know it’s going to rain a bit, so this will be the FIRST thing I put in my bag!

Having the right sunscreen is important regardless, but it’s EXTRA important in Orlando, where the sun is so bright, and the UV can be so high. I’ve heard my coworkers talk about Supergoop!, and I think that’ll be next on my list to try when my current sunscreen runs out!

There are lots of different kinds on the market, depending on what you need, but I’ve been looking for a face sunscreen that I really love for a while, and this may be it! My coworkers say it’s light, yet provides great coverage, doesn’t feel sticky or heavy on your face, and your makeup can go on over the top of it pretty easily. They haven’t led me astray yet, so let’s all trust them!

Now, as for what we’d skip? Well, we all talked, and we said the only item we’d 100% skip would be a wagon, because, well, they’re not allowed! Otherwise, wagons can be VERY helpful in the parks, especially for those with little ones. However, Disney doesn’t allow wagons in their parks. Strollers are fine, but the literal wagons that you use to carry your stuff, or just set your kids in and walk all over? Yeah, those are a no-go.

I’ll be sure to let you know about the other products I try in Orlando that make my trip easier, or that I can’t get enough of, so stay tuned to AllEars!
