Disney’s new ad features a SERIOUS dose of nostalgia that millennial Disney fans can’t stop talking about!
If you visited Disney World in the late 2000s or 2010s, you may have caught “Must Do Disney” on your resort TV. Stacey Aswad hosted the show for over a decade, and she became a huge part of Disney World vacations for those of us who made it a ritual to watch “Must Do Disney” as part of every trip. Unfortunately, Stacey disappeared from our resort TVs back in 2021, but now she’s BACK in a new way!
From the mid-2000s to 2021, Stacey Aswad was an absolute mainstay on our resort TVs as the host of “Must Do Disney.” The show featured tons of great suggestions for things for guests to check out on their latest trip, and was one of our favorite ways to get hyped for all of the fun we had in store. With so many great memories of the show, we were bummed when Stacey announced the end of her hosting run back in 2021.
If you’ve also missed Stacey these past few years, we’ve got great news — she’s BACK in Disney World, in the form of the company’s new advertising campaign! That’s right, Disney posted a new ad on TikTok starring none other than Stacey Aswad herself!
The ad references Stacey’s iconic history as the host, as it starts with the voiceover, “Here you leave today, and enter a world of must-dos.” It then highlights some of those must-dos around Disney World and ends with Stacey hugging Daisy and Minnie in front of Cinderella Castle.
For those of us who grew up seeing her on our TV, this new ad is a SERIOUS dose of nostalgia! Check out the full video below.
