New Non-Stop Flights Are Coming to Orlando In Early 2026

With airlines expanding both domestic and international service, travelers will soon have more direct options than ever when flying into Orlando. From brand-new destinations to first-time international connections, these upcoming routes are set to make getting to Orlando easier, faster, and more convenient — and we’re breaking down exactly what’s launching soon!

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is preparing for a busy year ahead, with a significant slate of new domestic and international flights debuting throughout 2026. According to the Orlando Business Journal, travelers can expect expanded access to new destinations across the U.S. and beyond — making it even easier to reach Orlando for vacations, business travel, and theme park trips.

MCO has already seen notable growth in recent years, including the return of Air France service, new Iberia flights to Spain, and LATAM Airlines service to Peru. Now, that momentum is continuing with a month-by-month rollout of new routes starting early next year.

Here’s a look at the changes you can expect to see and when they’ll go into effect.

New Flights Launching in January 2026

  • Allegiant Air will introduce a brand-new route to Appleton, Wisconsin, beginning January 16th — a first for the airport.

  • Frontier Airlines will start service to Newark, New Jersey, on January 22nd, marking a new Frontier route from Orlando.

    February 2026 Brings Major Additions

  • Breeze Airways launches flights to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on February 5th.
  • Southwest Airlines begins service to St. Thomas on February 5th.

  • Frontier adds flights to Pensacola, Florida, on February 5th.
  • Zipair will debut four charter flights between Orlando and Tokyo from February 23rd through March 10th — the first direct connection between the two airports.

    March and April 2026 Expansions

    March brings several new routes, including:

  • Viva flights to Felipe Ángeles International Airport in Mexico City.
  • JetBlue service to Rochester, New York.

  • New Breeze, Frontier, and Southwest routes to Pensacola, Knoxville, Little Rock, and Tulsa.
  • In April, Frontier adds flights to Salt Lake City and Richmond, while Southwest launches service to St. Maarten.

Summer 2026 Seasonal Routes

Finally, Southwest will introduce seasonal service from June 6th through August 1st to Little Rock, Arkansas, and Wichita, Kansas.
