We never miss out on a chance to rave about this property, but if you’re looking for a quiet getaway, get ready for a shocking surprise this upcoming weekend.

Foodies from far and wide will soon be flocking to the Swan and Dolphin to take part in the 16th annual Food & Wine Classic!

The Food and Wine Classic

The Classic will be held on Friday, November 14th, 2025, and Saturday, November 15th, 2025, from 5 PM to 9 PM each day. You’ll find PLENTY of food and wine offerings as well as a slew of entertainment, including Main Stage Acts: The Rundown (Classic Rock and 80s Rock combined with 90s hits, contemporary pop, and country favorites), Live Effect (a 7-piece band covering top hits from today and yesterday), and Stella Beat (a Latin American pop band).

Slickwood (Central Florida-based Jamgrass, Folk/Rock, Roots & Funk band) will perform at For the Love of Florida. And Claudia & Alex will perform at the Bubbles Lounge.

2024 Food and Wine Classsic

As for the themes and eats, 2025’s themed areas will include The Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Carnival Corner, The Bubbles Lounge, and Chinatown.

Green Tea Lime Mango Mousse Dome

You’ll find several offerings from Bourbon Steak, Smokin’ D’s BBQ, Todd English’s bluezoo, Cabana Bar & Beach Club, The Fountain, Il Mulino New York Trattoria, Kimonos, Amare, Garden Grove, Lagoon Games, Lanes & Eats, Rosa Mexicano, Chinatown, and For the Love of Florida, as well!

Swan and Dolphin Hotels

This incredibly popular event is AWESOME for foodies like us, but if you’re not partaking or want a quiet stay, the Swan and Dolphin should probably be avoided next weekend.
