SPOTTED: A Celebrity Is Filming Something SPECIAL in Disneyland

It’s no big secret that celebrities are spotted in Disneyland all the time. And it makes sense because Disneyland is so close to the film capital of the world, Hollywood.

Recently, the stars of Freakier Friday turned up at Disneyland to celebrate the new movie. Professional dancer Allison Holker visited Disneyland for the holidays. Even actor Jeff Goldblum has been spotted in the parks. Well, now, one celebrity, actor and director Jon Favreau, is visiting the parks, but it’s not just about having fun — he’s filming a Disney+ TV show there!

Jon Favreau is directing an upcoming Oswald the Lucky Rabbit TV show for Disney+. The show will be a combination of animation and live-action and will feature Amy Sedaris, Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Mykal-Michelle Harris, and Ryder Allen.

Well, Favreau was in Disneyland yesterday, July 30th, working on the show. We visited Disneyland recently and saw filming taking place. Yes, the same Jon Favreau who’s starred in Marvel movies and directed The Mandalorian.

But the most exciting thing was seeing Favreau himself heading up the production. Yes, he was in Disneyland working on the TV show. He was super busy running things when we saw him.

We went back to Disneyland today, July 31st, and although we didn’t see Favreau, we did see more filming taking place. So it looks like several scenes are going to be happening in Disneyland. One of those scenes seems to be in Adventureland!

Disney has been pretty tight-lipped about this series, so we’re not sure what it’s about, although it’s a given that Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is the star of the show. We’ll be keeping an eye out for more filming, so check back with AllEars again soon for more.
