“You’re Clearly a Vampire.” Somebody Threatened To Kill Me at Epic Universe

Epic Universe is finally open!

Me in Dark Universe!

Universal’s newest theme park is finally open with so many amazing attractions, delectable treats, and iconic characters. One thing that caught me off guard in the new park? Well, someone threatened to kill me.

Before we get too far into it, no one actually put a real threat on my life. However! He did, in a way, threaten to kill me, explicitly. Let’s backtrack to the beginning. I was spending some time in Dark Universe one day, and I had recently done the Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience.

Look how cool!

I chose this REALLY cool Dracular-inspired makeup and was hanging out in the Burning Blade Tavern (The Monster Hunter Tavern) when I was suspiciously approached. Maybe it was my fault for being so bold in my cool vampire makeup.

While I was minding my business, a monster hunter came up to me and said, “Hey,” to which I replied (in a casual and cool way), “What’s up?”. He said that I was in the monster hunter hideout while clearly being a vampire. (True) I told him that sometimes a friendly vampire just wants a baked potato!

This was my lovely baked potato!

He asked me if that’s what we’re calling children nowadays! Excuse me, sir, I just wanted some hot potato! I told him the truth, that it was just a shockingly good baked potato, and he told me he would let it slide. However… if he sees me bite anyone in Darkmoor, he will (and here it comes) KILL ME!

My eyes got wide because I was truly shocked! He then said, “I don’t want to be rude, but I will drive a stake through your heart.” I told him that I promised he wouldn’t see me do it. (The emphasis was on the word see.) We both had a good giggle, but all of that to be said… If you never see me again, I have been staked through the heart by a vampire hunter.

Look, I’m so innocent and nice!

Luckily for me, I made it out of Darkmoor that day un-staked! This is just one example of so many amazing characters that you can find in the new theme park. I love Epic and will keep going back despite the threat on my life. As always, be sure to keep following AllEars for more Universal news, stories, and tips.
