We We Regret to Inform You That These 6 Iconic Menu Items Are STILL MISSING in Disney World

We are begging Disney World to bring back some of our favorite menu items that are still gone but have not been forgotten.

Dole Whip

It’s safe to say that we all have our favorite snacks at Disney World. Unfortunately, some of our favorites have fallen victim to being cut from menus throughout the years. We are here to remind you of these delicious items and beg Disney World to return them.

OG Citrus Swirl

Over at Sunshine Tree Terrace in Magic Kingdom, you could find the delicious Citrus Swirl. We’ve seen this snack go away and come back multiple times, so we wouldn’t be surprised if it’s off the menu for a few days or weeks and then makes a comeback. Its last sighting was about a year ago.  For now, you can get the Orange Cream, which is DOLE Whip Orange and Vanilla Swirl. We’re going to keep our eyes out in case it returns.

Peanut and Banana Torte

If you have dined at California Grill, then you might have tried the Plant-based Peanut and Banana Torte for dessert. This dessert is made up of a shortbread crust made with gluten-free flour, peanut butter filling, and a delicious white chocolate glaze, then served with blackberry-banana sauce, miso caramel, peanut crumble, and caramelized bananas. I’m a little biased, but this dessert was the perfect combination, and I’m begging California Grill to have this return — no, really, I did beg the waiter on my last visit.

Peanut Butter Pie

Speaking of peanut butter, over at the Contempo Cafe, we are still sad over the Peanut Butter Pie that was once here. During the 50th anniversary celebration, it was replaced, and that dessert was different but still delicious. However, you can order a Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar from here, but it’s just not the same for us.

Key Lime Pie on a Stick

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you might remember the  Neighborhood Bakery over in the Pixar area. Once upon a time, you could order a Key Lime Pie on a stick, and honestly, we still aren’t over this treat. We loved how cool and refreshing it was in the summer heat.

The OG Sleepy Hollow Waffles

At Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in Liberty Square, they changed the waffles here in June of 2024. They now serve the large Mickey Waffles all day, and we are just not as happy with them. The waffle sandwiches have been dropped from the menu and replaced with 4 distinct Mickey Waffle and funnel cake platters. Please, Disney, bring the old menu back!

We miss you!

Butterfinger Cupcake

Originally, the Butterfinger Cupcake was at Starring Rolls Cafe in Hollywood Studios. However, when Starring Rolls closed, it temporarily moved to the Trolley Car Cafe. This was a Chocolate Cupcake topped with Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting and covered with a Peanut Butter Candy Shell. This was a peanut butter fan’s dream come true. Sadly, it is no longer there and we really cannot move on from this.
