The Navigator is going to be the first of five ships coming over the next five years. Crescent Seas is a part of GFO Investments which is led by Russell Galbut. He used to be the Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings chairman and the founding partner of the Crescent Heights real estate company.  The current Seven Seas Navigator will be undergoing transformation into the new Navigator. It will be set for December 2026.

The transformation from the current ship to the new ship will have a massive internal refurbishment costing over $50 million. This ship is going to be pricey, as it will include 210 residences, with prices ranging from $750,000 to $8 million.

There are going to be lots of fancy amenities available. The ship will include butler service and internet access for any remote work. Residence sales will open to the public on April 9th. A sales gallery will be available in Miami for prospective buyers.

Galbut claimed this would be “the most magical residence at sea”. He also added “Why vacation to just one gateway city when you can be at home and live in all the greatest gateway cities around the globe? After hand-selecting this ship, we hired the same experienced management teams to operate the ship for the first 10 years of operations. We are delighted to be able to provide luxury homes to people that will carry them to places they’ve only dreamed of.”
