The flowers are in full bloom, the spring festival is happening in EPCOT, and Easter is on the way. You know what that means? It’s the season of change! More specifically, we’re talking about all the changes coming to Disney World this April!
Somehow, April is right around the corner, and that means a bunch of new Disney World CHANGES are on the horizon. If you’re planning a trip to Disney World this April, here are all the biggest changes and events happening throughout the month!
EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival Menu Change
We’re in the middle of the 2025 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, which runs from March 5th to June 2nd, 2025. This festival features topiary displays and landscapes that transform EPCOT into a springy, floral destination perfect for an evening stroll.
One of the best parts of the festival is the FOOD! In fact, there are TONS of new and returning menu items this year, and soon, one booth will get a whole new menu.
The Farmer’s Feast booth will soon switch from the Early Bloom menu to the Springtime Menu! The new menu will be available April 6th through May 3rd. Here’s a peek at what’s coming!
- Grilled Peaches and Burrata with prosciutto, petite lettuce, micro mint, and sweet tea-lemon gastrique (New)
- Seared Pork Tenderloin with corn risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice and roasted red pepper sauce
- Warm Corn Cookie with sweet corn soft-serve, brûléed corn, lime zest, and white chocolate (New)

Dapper Days Spring Outing
Dapper Days is returning to Disney World this April! Dapper Day is a fun little (unofficial) event that happens seasonally in the Disney parks. On Dapper Day, Disney fans dress up in their finest Disney attire and pose for pictures, grab a drink, and socialize with friends!
The Spring Outing is happening in Disney World on April 26th and April 27th. You can dress up a little or a lot — whatever makes you feel dapper! On April 26th, Dapper Day guests will visit EPCOT. Around 5 PM, you can visit the Italy Pavilion to meet up with fellow Dapper Day participants! Then, on April 27th, head to Magic Kingdom in your Dapper Day attire. Around 2 PM, participants are encouraged to join the “Liberty Belle Farewell” to “take one final riverboat voyage before this 51-year-old attraction permanently closes.”

Jellyrolls Closing
On April 19th, 2025, Jellyrolls is permanently closing at the BoardWalk Resort. Make sure to visit this iconic piano bar before it’s gone from Disney World!
The good news is that Jellyrolls isn’t completely going away. The official Jellyrolls Instagram account shared a post on February 1st explaining that the dueling piano bar will be “making a move.” This could indicate that the Jellyrolls location at the BoardWalk will close but may relocate to a different venue outside of Disney World.

runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend
Get ready, racers! There’s a new runDisney event coming to Disney World this April. The Springtime Surprise Weekend will take place from April 3rd through April 6th, 2025, and will feature many well-known Disney, Pixar, and Marvel heroes.
Be prepared for extra crowds in Disney World during this time — both racers and their friends and family will be there to celebrate the races!

Easter
Easter is on April 20th! Look out for special treats, a special parade, and even a special meet-and-greet in Magic Kingdom!
Additionally, there will be several Disney World hotels taking part in the annual egg display tradition.
Here’s a look at the full schedule!
- Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club will feature “magnificent displays featuring specialty themed Easter egg creations” from April 1st through April 20th
- The Contemporary Resort will feature “an array of adorable Easter egg designs the pastry team has brought to life” on the resort’s 4th floor from April 1st through the 20th
- The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa will feature eggs “expertly designed and hand-made by our talented cast members” adorning its lobby as well. This display will debut just a bit earlier, running from March 18th through April 20th
