REVIEW: You’ve Gotta See the $8 Lunch We’ll Be Eating in EPCOT Every Day

EPCOT is bursting with life because the Flower & Garden Festival is back!

During the festival, guests can admire character topiaries, watch concerts, and, of course, eat delicious food.  We tried everything at the festival and if we only had $8 for lunch, this is the one we’re going for!

Over at the Farmer’s Feast booth, the Early Bloom Menu runs from March 5th to April 5th. While this booth gets 4/5 stars overall from us, there is one dish that stands out.

Myranda at Farmers Feast

The Scallop Spring Pea Risotto featuring BEN’S ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL GRAINS Arborio Rice, lemon-beurre blanc, and Gremolata. If you’re going to try something from this booth, let it be this! We loved how perfectly buttery the scallop was; it just fell apart in our mouths. The risotto wasn’t anything special but all together, it made a fantastic meal. For only $8, we love this option for a light lunch.

We love this dish so much that it was Myranda’s Best of the Fest this year! The festival runs from March 5th to June 2nd this year so there is plenty of time to try some delicious bites and take in the beauty that comes alive at EPCOT this time of year. You’ll want to pick up a passport to keep track of everything you try!
