CONFIRMED: Opening Date Announced for the Haunted Mansion Attraction at Disneyland

It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally time!

Over at Disneyland Resort, there are two versions of the popular Haunted Mansion attraction. Right now, you can experience the Haunted Mansion Holiday version of the ride, which takes this iconic attraction and puts a Nightmare Before Christmas spin on it for the Halloween and holiday seasons. However, the regular version of Haunted Mansion hasn’t been seen since August 2023 due to an extended closure, so we’ve only been able to experience Haunted Mansion Holiday for the past few months. Now, we finally know when the regular version of Haunted Mansion is coming back!

According to the Disneyland calendar, the Haunted Mansion Holiday attraction will close on January 7th, 2025, as January 6th is the last day hours are shown.

After that, the ride will be closed for a few days to remove the holiday transformation. The regular, original Haunted Mansion attraction will open to guests on January 18th, 2025!

We can’t wait to step into a doom buggy again and experience the OG attraction for the first time in practically a year and a half. Keep in mind that wait times for this attraction could be higher than we’ve seen them in a while due to this attraction’s popularity, so plan accordingly if you’re going in the first few weeks of its reopening.
