Planning a trip can be daunting because there are SO many steps, especially when it comes to snagging your flights. With dozens of airlines, a variety of airports and routes, and prices out of the wazoo, you might feel pretty overwhelmed. But a new booking feature might be able to help you score a great deal on your travel.

Google Flights has introduced a new “cheapest” tab to help you find the most budget-friendly travel option available. According to Google Flights, when you search for a flight, “the best options appear at the top of the results, based on a mix of price and convenience.” But now, you can toggle over to the “cheapest” tab to prioritize by price instead.

This update has been rolling out globally over the past few days, and you may now be able to see it on your Google Flights app or website. Keep in mind that the “cheapest” tab may include some more creative itineraries, including longer layovers or extra connections.

This option may also encourage you to purchase the legs of your trip through different airlines or require you to self-transfer between flights. But if cost matters more than convenience, it could be a useful tool. And now, it’s available in time for the holiday travel season!
