4 Major Hotel Events Are Happening at Universal Orlando This Fall

It’s fall, and there are a LOT of happenings at the theme parks in Central Florida!

From Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on the milder end of all things spooky to the much more menacing Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando, there’s a little bit of something for everyone. And if you’re heading to Universal soon, you’ll probably want to know about some special events they’ve got going on!

Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, and Hard Rock Hotel have all released a schedule of fall events for guests to check out! And if you’re staying on property at Universal Orlando, you’re definitely going to want to check these out.

Hard Rock Hotel

First up is Jake’s Beer Festival at Loews Royal Pacific Resort, where beer lovers and foodies can enjoy a special festival. Universal says this festival happens twice a year and features “more than 50 craft beers and hard seltzers, along with chicken and waffles, flatbreads, Jake’s famous pretzel rods, grilled prawns, braised short ribs and desserts featuring mini pavlova, blueberry and apple tart and German chocolate stout cake.” This fall, it’s happening Friday, October 4th from 6-9PM. Tickets are available online.

If you want to visit Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, then you might want to check out Harbor Nights. This year is the re-launch of the popular food and wine event and tickets can now be purchased online for October 18th from 6:30-9PM. You pay for your ticket in advance and then get to enjoy Italian wines, Italian-inspired fare, and live entertainment throughout the evening.

On Friday, November 22nd at 7PM, Velvet Unplugged will take place at Hard Rock Hotel featuring BBMAK. The British pop/rock band will perform live in the lobby and tickets can be purchased in advance online.

And of course, we can’t forget about the Wantilan Luau that happens year-round at Loews Royal Pacific Resort. This weekly show features a Polynesian-inspired all-you-can-eat buffet. It happens each Saturday from 6-8:30PM and you can purchase tickets online.
